How do I add a new user to my company?

To add a new user to your company:

  • Login to the Flock Platform
  • Click the initials in the top right corner
  • Select "Manage Company Profile"
  • Select "Users" tile or visit this link
  • Click “Add user” in the top right
  • Fill in the new user information (name, email, phone, etc.)
  • Hit "Save user"

The new user will receive a welcome email, inviting them to set a password and log in.

Once logged in, the new user can run quotes, as well as order and track shipments.
