Additional Terms and Conditions for Federal Contract and United States Postal Service Funded Shipments

Flock Freight, Inc. (“Flock Freight”) has entered into agreements whereby it provides services, either directly or as a subcontractor, to the United States of America and the United States Postal Service (“USPS”). When the shipment to be transported is in furtherance of such an agreement, the applicable terms and conditions herein supplement the terms of the Broker-Carrier Agreement between Flock Freight and the transporting motor carrier, and shall have full force and effect.

The Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) provisions and USPS Contract Clauses in effect at the time of pickup govern the shipment. USPS SHIPMENTS

The following provisions of the USPS Contract Clauses apply regardless of the amount of the order:

Clause 1-1: Privacy Protection (October 2014)

Clause 3-2: Participation of Small, Minority, and Woman-Owned Businesses (February 2018)

Clause 9-7: Equal Opportunity (March 2006)

Clause 9-10: Service Contract Act (October 2019)

The following provisions of the USPS Contract Clauses also apply if the amount of the order exceeds $10,000:

Notice: A certification of non-segregated facilities must be submitted before the award of a subcontract exceeding $10,000 that is not exempt from Clause 9-7: Equal Opportunity. The certification may be submitted either for each subcontract or for all subcontracts during a period (quarterly, semiannually, or annually).

Clause 9-13: Equal Opportunity for Workers with Disabilities (October 2019)

The following provisions of the USPS Contract Clauses also apply if the amount of the order exceeds $150,000:
