Getting started
To access the Flock Platform:
- Request an account here.
- Input your contact and company information, then click Continue.
- Look out for an email from a Flock Freight® representative for your next steps!

Begin your quote
To run a quote through our platform, follow these steps:
- Enter your shipment’s ready date (the date the shipment will pick up).
- Enter your shipment’s origin/destination zip codes and origin/destination types.
- Enter your shipment’s information (with as much detail as possible).
- If you have multiple packaging types or varying pallet dimensions, click Add Shipment Item and repeat the process above.
- Enter your shipment’s pickup and delivery scheduling needs under Scheduling Services.
- Select any additional services needed for the shipment.
- Choose to add or decline additional insurance.
- Click Submit and your quote will be ready shortly!

More flexibility means better rates
Not on a strict shipping deadline? When you choose one- or two-day flexible pickup options, we’ll offer you a lower rate. This gives us more time to pool your freight into one emissions-slashing, technology-optimized shared truckload.
Please note: If you choose “No Flexibility,” your shipment will pick up and deliver on the dates you originally requested.

How to track your shipments
To easily track your shipment:
- Log into the Flock Platform and find the shipment you want to track in your Quote History.
- Click on the Tracking tab just to the right of the Order Details tab.
- Enter an email address into the Receiver Contact Email field.
- Share your shipment’s tracking status by copying and pasting the link provided.
- Follow your shipment from the time you confirmed your order to delivery at its final destination.

Past shipment history
Order history is a convenient way to keep track of all your current and past orders. By viewing your history in the Flock Platform, you can find information on each order placed, including shipping, delivery, and payment details. You’ll even be able to quickly re-quote old shipments to get more up-to-date rates.
To view your past shipment history, follow these steps:
- Click on the Quote History tab just to the right of the Request Quote tab.
- Use the search bar in the top right corner of the page to find the exact shipment you’re looking for.
- Re-quote a shipment by clicking the Quote Again button to the right of your shipment.
