Why can’t I reset my password?
Flock Freight recently introduced the ability for carriers to set a password and use it to log in, so not everyone has a password. Trying to reset your password will fail if you have not set a password for your account. Here’s how to set your password:
- Look for an email from Flock Freight that contains a link to access our online platform.
- Follow that link and look for a blue banner with a button that says “Set Password”.
- Follow the instructions to set your password and use it to log in.
