How do I update my profile and contact information?
To update your profile and contact information, follow these instructions:
- Log into Flock Freight’s online platform (for more information on how to log in, click here).
- Click on your company’s name in the toolbar.
- Edit any of the following profile information:
- Primary contact name, phone number and email address
- Your preferred states (all states that your company services)
- Your equipment (power units and trailers)
- Your preferred lanes (We’ll use this to send you matching loads!)
Make sure to keep your profile up to date — we use this information to contact you about live shipments, identify opportunities for your business, and tailor load results to your equipment types and preferences!
