Your dispute information will be submitted to the Flock Freight Disputes Team, and they will reach out if they need any additional documents. You can expect a response within approximately 3 business days.


  • Customer ID can be found in the upper right hand corner of your invoice.
  • Reason for Dispute

  • Documentation for Re-Weigh and Re-Class Disputes

  • Packing Slip/Invoice (must include dims and weight)*
