About the role:

Flock is looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement to join our growing product marketing team. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing, this role will serve as the product marketing lead for ensuring Flock's marketing efforts are aligned with our customer-facing teams, taking in their feedback and customer knowledge, and building content, tools, and campaigns that support our interactions with customers across segments and verticals. Our ideal candidate will be a product marketer comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling technology company. This individual should have experience with both self-serve and salesperson-assisted business models and crafting tools and content to maximize every client interaction.


  • Support go-to-market readiness and product launches by preparing and enabling the sales teams to understand and sell our solutions
  • Collaborate with sales leadership teams to drive sales productivity through product knowledge transfer, training, seller collateral, and value-based talk tracks
  • Foster a communications channel between the buyer and carrier sales teams
  • Develop content in collaboration with marketing (e.g. competitive battlecards, one-pagers, sales decks, case studies, success stories, email messaging) based on sales' needs and company goals
  • Gather feedback from the sales team on how marketing can support their efforts and measure satisfaction on an ongoing basis
  • Manage the sales enablement software and work with the vendor to roll out best practices and new capabilities for content management
  • Measure sales and customer usage and engagement with enablement materials and use the data to inform content priorities
  • Partner with the learning & development team for aspects of foundational and continuous learning and coaching programs for sales
  • Develop high-quality content that maps to the buyer’s journey and buying process, from lead generation through win/loss
  • Manage various sales enablement projects and coordinate sales enablement activities
  • Be willing to dive into new areas of work as needs arise

Relevant Experience:

At the core of this position, we are looking for a creative, agile, and driven individual who enjoys solving complex problems. For that reason, please consider the following requirements listed as general “guidelines” vs. strict qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or similar field
  • 3-5 years of direct experience in sales enablement and training, GTM readiness, and/or working with sales on content creation
  • Experience selling B2B solutions and/or managing B2B sales teams preferred
  • Hands-on experience with sales enablement and/or marketing productivity technologies, such as Salesforce, Outreach, Showpad, Highspot, Monday.com, Hubspot, Google, or similar technologies
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Mode, Tableau, Data Studio is a plus
  • Proven ability to build relationships with other teams and across all levels
  • Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent editing and copywriting skills
  • Strong sense of ownership, work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
