  • ETA to delivery
  • current location
  • current status
  • on-time indicator
  • order details

Plus, easily search for shipments by PO# or Reference#.

Tracking shipments in Flock's platform

Need additional tracking details for a specific load? Simply click on a shipment to open it’s tracking page, which now includes richer information and capabilities like:

  • a map view to visually track your freight in transit 
  • step-by-step updates, such as “ordered”, “dispatched”, and “at pickup” 
  • an on-time indicator
  • the ability to download your (BOL) after your order has been dispatched
  • your order summary – with pickup and delivery details

You can also copy a tracking link or send tracking updates to the receiver and other third parties from this page. Log in now to experience all these tracking updates for yourself.

 

Enable your whole team to work with Flock.

Now, more of your team members can work with Flock online – without having to share a login. 

Simply invite users to your Company Profile. Then, each team member can customize their Flock experience from their unique User Profile.
